After everyone on this relay had been in other races during a hot Div. 2 State Finals, the 4x400m relay team of Veronica Fitzgerald, Jenna Pilachowski, Alyssa Masserant, and Alexa Glancy gave one last effort to finish 7th in the final event of the day. This capped off a hard day where Jefferson girls had received medals at the state finals in four different events. Their time of 4:10.70 was not a school record due to the extreme heat reaching over 100 on the track that day, but their splits were, Veronica - 1:03.8, Jenna - 1:04.1, Alyssa - 1:01.8, and Alexa - 1:00.9.
