Veronica Fitzgerald became an All-State Track runner by finishing in 7th place at the 2022 State Finals in the 800m run with a lifetime best of 2:20.26. Veronica's time also broke Bekah Smeltzer's 16 year old school record by over 2 seconds. Veronica would also be a part of school records in the 4x200m, 4x400m, and the 4x800m Relay teams. Veronica went on after high school to run at Oakland University.
