Alicia Hoffman was an all-state medalist in both the 1600m and 3200m runs. She also was the leadoff runner on the D2 State Runners-Up 3200m Relay team in 2004. Alicia placed 6th in the 3200m Run at the 2003 D2 State Finals in 11:35.17. Along with medalling on the 3200m Relay Team in 2004, Alicia medalled in the 1600m Run placing 8th with a time of 5:22.95. She then improved on her 1600m time at the 2005 D2 State Finals by placing 4th with a time of 5:05.95. Alicia recorded the second fastest 1600m time ever run by a Jefferson girl that day. During Alicia's career she helped her teams to two consecutive Huron League and Regional Championships. She also helped the 2004 Team to a best ever 4th place finish at the D2 State Finals.
